BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

It is essential to read the Grant Guide to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria.

Navigating the Application Form

  • Be sure to SAVE as you go. The portal cannot recover unsaved information.
  • Some pages or sections of the application may not be visible if you are ineligible or have not completed an earlier section.
  • A Form Navigation box appears on each page. Click the link to jump directly to the page you want, or click 'next or 'previous' page.

Saving a Draft or PDF copy

  • To save an application in process, press 'save and close' and log out.
  • When you log back in, click 'My Submissions' to reopen your draft application.
  • Download a draft or completed application by clicking the 'Download PDF' button on the last page of the application.

Submitting an Application

  • No further editing or uploading of support materials is possible once you submit the application.
  • When finished, you will see a Review and Submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel.
  • You will not be able to submit your application unless all the compulsory questions are completed and there are no error messages.

Attachments and Support Documents

  • You will need to upload attachments to support your application. 
  • You will need the documents saved on your computer, or on a storage device.

Acknowledgement of Submission

  • Once you submit an application, you will receive a confirmation email. This will be sent to the email address you used to register.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email then you should presume that your application has NOT been submitted.
  • Hint: also check your junk email folder for the notification.
